We recently had a new AC installed by US Heating and Air Conditioning. I have to say hands down, THE best service we’ve ever received. They are some of the nicest people to work with. From start to finish it was clear that they cared about the quality they provided. They work with you and are transparent with everything. They had an AC installed for us the very next morning after our free estimate. Logan and his crew are good people. Polite, friendly, and I cannot recommend them enough. I’m so grateful they service the Bucyrus area. It was effortless and now our home is cool and ready for those hot summer months that are on the way. If you want the best, you found it. 10/10 highly recommend. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Brad was amazing and came right away. We had a gas leak near the valve to the furnace. He fixed it right there and charged less than I was expecting. I will definitely call again whenever I need any sort of HVAC work. Thanks again Brad!

Austin and Matt were a pleasure to work with! They were very professional and did a great job for us, we definitely recommend US Heating and Air Conditioning for vent cleaning and any other services that they provide.

My furnace went out on a Sunday and they came to evaluate it. They got it running but still had major issues. They came up on Monday and discussed options. Tuesday morning they were here installing a new furnace and heat pump. They told me advantages of each which I appreciated. They were so quick to help as this was when temperature outside was close to zero. They explained everything and did not make me feel stupid or taken advantage of. I would use them again 😃

I would recommend US Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs work done on their furnace or air conditioner. Two of their representatives came to my home on 3/19/25 after I found water dripping from the ducts running off my unit in the basement. Along with the plumber from Mr. Rooter, who was also there to look at another issue, they were able to identify the problem quickly and give me a fair estimate for replacing the affected ducts and cleaning out the whole system. They worked on it for most of the day and were very polite and professional. They explained what they were doing, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up after themselves well. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

In the middle of March our condominium's heating unit stopped working. We weren't familiar with this unit having recently moved there so we called US Heating and Air Conditioning. They said that they could have someone out that day so we were very happy about that. We had never called them for service before. That afternoon Logan came out to have a look. Not only had the unit stop heating but the thermostat literally fell off the wall when I touched it to try to turn it back on. I tried to put it back together and couldn't, much less mount it on the wall. Logan and I went to the basement to see if Logan could determine why the unit stopped working. It had stopped working before the thermostat fell off the wall, so Logan wanted to find out why. He opened the unit and found that one of the parts (too technical for me to remember it's name) had stopped working. He was able to adjust it and the furnace came back on again. He not only fixed it but he explained to me what the part did and how it controlled the temperature with the heat pump which was another component and which was outside. We then went outside so that he could take a look at that too. Finally we went back inside and Logan was able to put the thermostat back together and re-mount it too the wall. Besides fixing both problems and teaching me the how and why of how the unit worked, Logan was patient and polite. I was especially impressed with Logan's logical approach to troubleshooting the problem and his detailed understanding of the technical aspects of our particular unit. I have hired too many technicians with only a sketchy understanding who struggle to apply that limited knowledge to solve the problem. Not so with Logan. He had both a clear, technical understanding of even the details of our heating unit and the logical thinking skills to apply his knowledge. This combination of a thorough understanding and a patient logical manner of thinking impressed me and I am going to call him again should we ever have another need for service of our heating or air conditioning. I even sighed up for the bi-annual inspection of our heating and cooling equipment so that we are not caught off-guard again. I can recommend Logan and the US Heating and Air Conditioning company in full confidence.

We have lived here for about 35 years and US Heating has been our go to since the beginning. All of the techs have been on time, professional, and very knowledgeable of whatever has been our concerns. My questions have been answered thoroughly and at my level of understanding. A top shelf organization.
