Both the diagnostics guy Brad yesterday, and the installers and owner today, everyone was amazing. Kind and professional. For a large & stressful expense on our first home, it was just nice to have genuine and nice people to help. Weekend service too! Diagnosed Saturday, fixed Sunday. Thank you very much!!

From top to bottom, my best experience with an HVAC company! “Bottom” is the bottom line, of course. Did they get it up and running? Yes! But also, were they there when they said they’d be? Yes! Were they courteous? Explain things? Knowledgeable? Yes, yes, and yes! And it’s not unreasonable to say Lisa, Customer Service, is at the top! After all, she may well be the first contact with this company potential customers may have. She was in my case, and right away she struck me as friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable. An anecdote I think sums up her attitude well, and as the face of US H&AC, her company as well: I tried to thank her immensely, and she answered, and this is a quote: “Oh, don’t worry about it. That’s what we’re here for. We’re here to help people”.

USHAC installed a new HVAC system at a reasonable price and lucky for us the following day after the AC died during a 95F day. Matt and coworker were professional and did a great job!

I called Lisa last night because my AC went out. She scheduled Brad to come out today to see what the problem was. After working for US Heating & Air Conditioning for almost 26 years I got to see the technician working on a unit. Brad was very courteous wearing his booties, introducing himself and telling me what he was going to do. When he went out to my unit a couple of wasps attacked him but he got them. Sorry Brad! He found out what the problem was and fixed it so we have air now. I only trust US Heating to work on my equipment. They are still like family and treat me as one of their own! Thank you again to Lisa, Tony and Brad. I miss you all. !!!!

We got a new unit last year, everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, and clean. We recently turned it on and it wasn't working, and they sent out a tech within an hour! Logan showed up and quickly got to work. He found the issue in short order (blown fuse) and fully explained his process of finding the problem. He explained the cost and scope of the fix, and after getting the parts needed got us back in business. Everyone who came in the house knocked first, and put on plastic covers on their shoes to protect flooring. The company also sent a text with a pic of the tech coming, which my wife thought was a nice touch. Great job all around, especially Logan!

Logan showed on time and did a fantastic join of identifying the problem and offered us alternative ways for payment. I would recommend this company for any hvac problems you might have.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service! I had an amazing experience with US Heating and Air Conditioning. From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the fact that they followed up the next day to ensure everything was working perfectly and that I was completely satisfied. That level of care and customer service is rare these days. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services – they truly exceeded my expectations!!

Matt and Austin were very hard workers, very personable and answered every question. I would highly recommend US Heating and Air Conditioning for your heating and cooling needs.

Met with quite a few other HVAC contractors and did lots of research (ok maybe too much) and chose USH&A. Quality system and quality techs (the two techs worked in a hard rain while outside...rain of course stopped as soon as they were done outside). Based on how dual fuel heat pump is working as I type this, it's a smooth operator...in other words ALL GOOD

Tony and Matt were great! Friendly clean and very quickly installing our new unit. Brad was amazing as well selling our new unit to us and we had not planned on a new furnace 1 month into our new home. We were very well taken care and given a great price. Would highly recommend USHAC for anyone in need of repayment or repair for your hvac! Update: Would never recommend them! They don’t replace the ac drain line so it puddle in the crawl space leading to back up in the hvac. They accused us that it was buried in the insulation and so they wouldn’t have seen that. However when you replace a new hvac system you should check where everything drains. Upon doing the work finally. The guy did not make sure the sump pump (where he lead the new drain line) was plugged properly, leading to our entire crawl space flooding. They refuse to fix this. Would NEVET USE THEM! They told us to file a claim with insure and let them fight it out. I just had this replace a few months ago brand new barrier and now it’s cover in filth stinks and moved so it’s not longer protecting our space. BUYER BEWARE. They lost our business and any future recommendations. Should have stuck with Logan heating and cooling.

From anyone who answers the phones, to scheduling, to those who come out and install and repair, everyone has been phenomenal to work with. Super friendly and professional and speedy when it comes to getting an appointment.
