Great Service! Thank you for taking care of us!! I was out of town during a cold time and our heat wasn't working as it should. One of your techs came, took care of and fixed the problem for my family. Easing my mind that my family would be warm while I was out of town. Thank you. I will share your name because you are definitely worthy of that. Kyle treated my family great and even called me during the time he was there to explain what the issue was. They really went above and beyond for us. The guys that came were very professional and fast. Answered all our questions we had. Have no complaints at all would definitly recommend to anyone looking for your heating and cooling needs.

Jacob came to our home today and completed the maintenance. Jacob was very professional and and explained all the work he did to keep our furnace in tip top shape.

Couldn’t be happier with my entire experience. Called to get estimate for new furnace and ac. Came next day. Within 2 business days Vince, Matt, Austin, and Ron were onsite. Completed in one day, on coldest day of year I might add. Great system! Highly recommended!!!

Our furnace stopped working, called US Heating, they came for an estimate on new furnace and install, my wife and I mentioned that we needed to replace our central air soon, Tony explained to us the extra cost which will occur if we waited to do the air. He could have just let us go and charge us the higher price at a later date, so we went ahead and had the air done, which saved us money in the long run. They replaced both the following, very courteous and knowlegable workers. Would highly recommend this company and will use them again!!

Tony and Jordan did an excellent job installing my Goodman Central Air Unit including the clean up. Brad came out and explained the process of the installation whereas I understood everything. Everybody was friendly, including the Receptionist Lisa. I would recommend their service. Thank you. Jacob came out on 1/17/2025 and did an annual free courtesy inspection on my furnace, an added service that US Heating offers to you, to make sure your furnace is working properly. He explained everything very thorough to me about the inspection, and why it was important. I would recommend their service. Thank you.

This was fastest checkup/maintenance I have ever received. Not sure if I will continue yearly maintenance in the future. Jeremy was polite and asked if I any questions .

The tech was efficient and knowledgeable.

Called after 5pm and was able to get someone out here to check out my furnace. They found the problem immediately, talked with me about options and prices, and was able to install a new furnace the next day. Friendly and efficient company.

USHeating replaced my heat pump/air conditioning unit inside and out with expertise, humor, and professionalism at a good price helping me finance right in my living room. Today about a year or so later, they came for 2nd free review/service to check the unit. They contacted me about the check and it was a FREE service. right on time and no issues so far! Friendly and will educate you if you ask! Highly recommend! SU 2023 update: Although I missed the discounted service visit opportunity, I was given a fair rate for my summer (cooling) and winter (heating) reviews of my older, ranch home. When asked how I thought new electric heat pump and furnace were working, I wondered due to vent blockage and if age made upstairs level so much hotter? I learned about a new, somewhat pricey service that involves a free air test to discover any air leaks to make service sound. No pressure - just information. As always, courteous, informative, patient with my questions, and clear about next steps and what to expect re: communication. Great job - again! WI 2025 update. As usual, setting up this service check was a breeze and they even tried to make it sooner in the month but my schedule did not allow. Courteous, knowledgeable and eager to answer questions, Jacob was spot on in explanations snd clarifications. Have every reason to keep using their services.

U.S. Heating was the best! Brad was here, and worked hard doing what he could with my furnace. He was so nice, and knowledgeable! He couldnt take care of it today, not his fault, and I'm working on being able to get him back out here!
