Your after hours guy is incredible. Very personable, extremely customer service oriented, just not trying to set up repair appt and be done. Very knowledgeable and so glad he was available

Our system was old and tired and just couldn't keep up any more. Tony at US Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job explaining how the new system would meet the heating and air needs we have. He even patiently and kindly answered an additional question I had after he left. We felt the system, warranty and installation would be superb so we chose this outstanding company do to the job. We are so glad we did. The two gentlemen who installed the system were a pleasure to have in our home, installed the system caring for our floors and walls, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything before they left. The system is working extremely well and we are please with our choice of companies. Thank you US Heating and Air Conditioning!.

From my 1st emergency call (U.S was the only one that showed on a Sunday) was going to get new system this fall, just a little early. They got my business that Sunday, the quote was on time, installed next day. Brad, Matt & Austin 👍. We contacted US heating and air cooling when our air went out on Friday night. We contacted Lisa ( who was an absolute doll) on Saturday morning at 830am- we had a technician here by 1020 who was also great i believe his name was Matt! He was quick with diagnosis and options. We opted for a new furnace. The next day by 720 am The new furnace and 2 technicians were here again. Everyone was so kind and talked to my kids so sweetly. They worked quickly and efficiently and we are all cooled off a couple hours after install. We cannot say enough great things about how professional and quick they are. We also price matched in the area and found they were the best options as well! You cannot beat great pricing, quick service and great technicians! Thank you guys so much!

Good experience

We used US heating and air conditioning when our HVAC system stopped working, they were great. They were able to get someone to us quickly and replaced the system for a fair price. They were clean, professional and great to deal with. We just had a free follow up checkup on the system. The representative Jacob K was professional, answered all our questions and made sure everything was working as it should.

Received a text that tech was on his way, which made his arrival earlier than what was the time, that was told to me, which was okay. Jacob K. was very professional and answered all my questions. Lisa in the office, has always called, and said when tech would be there. Have never had any problems, with the equipment or the service.

Logan has always a great rep for U S Air. Dealt with him numerous times. He thoroughly explains things and limitations of the situations.

They were very knowledgeable, courteous on time and very reasonable prices for the work done appreciated their professionalism

From top to bottom, my best experience with an HVAC company! “Bottom” is the bottom line, of course. Did they get it up and running? Yes! But also, were they there when they said they’d be? Yes! Were they courteous? Explain things? Knowledgeable? Yes, yes, and yes! And it’s not unreasonable to say Lisa, Customer Service, is at the top! After all, she may well be the first contact with this company potential customers may have. She was in my case, and right away she struck me as friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable. An anecdote I think sums up her attitude well, and as the face of US H&AC, her company as well: I tried to thank her immensely, and she answered, and this is a quote: “Oh, don’t worry about it. That’s what we’re here for. We’re here to help people”.

Jacob K was thorough, polite, informative and we look forward to his service twice a year.
