I have been a customer of US HEATING AND AIR for more years than I can remember (at least 20 years). I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is amazing. Friendly, professional, and sensitive. They always provide useful information and advice without pressure. You can’t go wrong with this company.

I reached out to US Heating and Air Conditioning on behalf of my mother when she called to say her furnace had stopped working. They were able to see her the same day and, Brad, the tech who made the initial visit, was very thorough in his inspection and discovered a larger safety issue which made repair implausible. The unit was 20+ yrs old and he sent me pictures of the concerning area. He spec-ed out a quote with the newer version of mom’s brand (Goodman) and I was impressed with the bottom line and their added discounts. Brad was able to schedule the install for the next day. The new unit installation went smoothly and it works very well. Ron and Matt did a great job with the installation and were knowledgeable, courteous and left a clean workspace. Highly recommend US Heating and Air Conditioning for your HVAC needs in Morrow County.

Very professional and knew within a few minutes what was wrong with the furnace. I'd recommend them to anyone. They showed up that morning and the new furnace was installed by early afternoon. Very professional and cleaned the mess up.

We have lived here for about 40 years and US Heating has been our go to since the beginning. All of the techs have been on time, professional, and very knowledgeable of whatever has been our concerns. My questions have been answered thoroughly and at my level of understanding. A top shelf organization. I really like the annual preventative maintenance feature which includes two checks per year to take readings & inspect the overall condition of our system.

US Heating and Air Conditioning went above and beyond for me. Columbia Gas went and replaced meters and found a leak. Had to replace my pipes. They helped me get my gas restored right before the snow hit. I am so thankful. The money spent was well worth it. Thank you very much.

Scheduled maintenance went as planned. Technician was on time and professional. He explained about an upcoming change to a product we use and was able to give advice on possible replacement products in a low pressure way.

AC & Furnace service was excellent. Reminder telephone call received the day before & text the morning of the appointment notifying me of the pending arrival of the technician. Service tech was professional and put us at the ease that he fixed the loud buzz we heard in our ac unit. They came the same day and as usual they are always professional and competent! They are also give us a good value!
