Notification of time of arrival, courteous technician, thorough check of heating system, clear explanation of service.

We have lived here for about 40 years and US Heating has been our go to since the beginning. All of the techs have been on time, professional, and very knowledgeable of whatever has been our concerns. My questions have been answered thoroughly and at my level of understanding. A top shelf organization. I really like the annual preventative maintenance feature which includes two checks per year to take readings & inspect the overall condition of our system.

As always, the US Heating and Air Conditioning rep who performed my twice-yearly system maintenance check was efficient, knowledgeable, and able to answer my questions.

We really appreciated how quickly people came out. The techs were really friendly. They gave a great price on the test to figure out what was wrong with our AC and were willing to work with us and our preferences as they put together their quote.

We purchased our new AC system 18 months ago and didn't hesitate to purchase our new heating system from US Heating and cooling again. Easy to apply for loan program if needed, the customer service is very courteous and helpful too! A VERY BIG shout out to Matt and Austin who installed our new heating system today. They were polite, professional, friendly, and made sure to inquire about any questions if we had them. They left everything as they found it and with an awesome clean up in the end. Thanks guys!

Service techs are very competent

Very detail oriented and explains everything he checked and why. He also arrived in the timeframe we were given.

Ron/Matt total new install, showed up on Sunday morning at 8am to get the job done. Much appreciated, hard to get good service like this these days.

Old 5 star downgrade. Called in to explain a service call from July was preformed on the wrong unit after finding my unit had not been service as requested. Then they are more concerned in charging another service fee than accepting responsibility for the mix up and just making it right. Very disappointing and confusing situation. I was very happy with this company when we first hired them to install our homes new furnace/AC replacement but now 2 years later we will have to find a new hvac company. Customers are a dime a dozen in this market.

US Heating and AC is a fantastic company! Great customer service and prompt appointments by knowledgeable service staff. We found their communication, response, and quality of work are far superior to other companies in the area. We highly recommend US Heating for all your heating and a/c needs.

Great local business to deal with

Jacob really takes pride in his work. He has been to our home at least 4 different occasions. Each visit he has been professional and patiently answers every question I have, I ask lots of questions! Thanks Jacob you are a true asset to US Heating And Air!
