Great local business to deal with

They always fail in the winter time but u.s heating and air conditioning was there to take care of business

Right after the recent snow and with temperatures in the low 20s, our boiler went out. Despite being overwhelmed with work, one of their people managed to stop by on his way home after a long day on other jobs. They had the boiler up and running in 15 minutes. We’ve worked with them for years. They care about quality and service. We highly recommend them.

Very happy with our service, our technician Brad came out and helped us when our heat stopped working. He was very thorough and educated us on the next steps we will need to take in the future. Highly recommend!

I reached out to US Heating and Air Conditioning on behalf of my mother when she called to say her furnace had stopped working. They were able to see her the same day and, Brad, the tech who made the initial visit, was very thorough in his inspection and discovered a larger safety issue which made repair implausible. The unit was 20+ yrs old and he sent me pictures of the concerning area. He spec-ed out a quote with the newer version of mom’s brand (Goodman) and I was impressed with the bottom line and their added discounts. Brad was able to schedule the install for the next day. The new unit installation went smoothly and it works very well. Ron and Matt did a great job with the installation and were knowledgeable, courteous and left a clean workspace. Highly recommend US Heating and Air Conditioning for your HVAC needs in Morrow County.

Very professional and knew within a few minutes what was wrong with the furnace. I'd recommend them to anyone. They showed up that morning and the new furnace was installed by early afternoon. Very professional and cleaned the mess up.

I contacted Brad who responded quickly, helped me with everything we needed, and today we have our new heater installed. I am very grateful for the excellent service and speed of the work and highly recommend the company.

We have lived here for about 40 years and US Heating has been our go to since the beginning. All of the techs have been on time, professional, and very knowledgeable of whatever has been our concerns. My questions have been answered thoroughly and at my level of understanding. A top shelf organization. I really like the annual preventative maintenance feature which includes two checks per year to take readings & inspect the overall condition of our system.
