I was in a bind and needed someone to evaluate my furnace which had stopped working. They truly are 24/7 service and even though I called towards the end of the business day, they were able to schedule a technician to check out the furnace. Brad showed up within a reasonable time and did his best to troubleshoot the issue. The furnace was to far gone for immediate repairs but I appreciated his efforts and honesty. I would recommend US Heating and Air Conditioning .

Courteous fast reasonable great people

We got emergency help on a cold winter weekend in a few hours. Tech was personable, knowledgeable and fair in his assessment and my repair options. I was worried going with someone I had no reference for but my experience put my fears to rest.

The technician was very helpful, I'm thankful they came out on a Sunday, however not always putting the customer that is in need of assistants first. The company was worried about my possible negative results from the home warranty company and them getting the blame which doesn't make sense. the Heating company gets paid upfront and you won't fill out a form so the job can get approved. Not quite understanding that thought process. I paid for diagnostics only.

I use them for all my heating and cooling needs They always come and fix any problems that may rise quickly and are very professional.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and fixed every issue I've had thus far. Also gives education on things that you might not of kno2n for future reference.

Overall have nothing but good things to say about this company they came in and took out my old furnace and put in the new one all in about a couple hours. Furnace works great and I just recently had my furnace serviced provided by the paid for heating maintenance. The only complaint I had was i needed a new furnace filter but the tech did not have the size for my furnace. R

Friendly on time and do a good job

Service representative was on time and super courteous throughout the furnace inspection process. Spoke about what was being done during the inspection and clearly explained the results. Made recommendations for future system maintenance as needed for my nearly eight year old furnace. I highly recommend the USA H&A company.

The service man’s name is Jacob. He was friendly, professional but also helpful. I had a few questions he answered. Appreciate him.

Called on a Sunday as our furnace was not heating. Had Jacob at our house within an hour and he did a very detailed job diagnosing what might be wrong. Jacob was very Professional. Will call US Heating again!

The tech was great and very knowledgeable and gave me tips for longevity of the system.

When my older furnace stopped working, I called US, they came the same evening to check things out. Brad was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me explore my options. The next day they were able to replace my old furnace and beat the cold snap coming this weekend! Matt S and his co-worker were very pleasant and efficient during the installation!
