Fast response all the employees were friendly and professional

have been a loyal customer of US Heating and Air for over five years now, and I can say without hesitation that their level of professionalism is unmatched. Every time I schedule a service, they arrive on time, respect my home, and communicate clearly about what needs to be done. It is rare to find a company that maintains such high standards of excellence year after year, but they truly have it down to a science. What really sets them apart, however, is their integrity. It’s clear that they care more about the customer than the bottom line. On multiple occasions, they have gone out of their way to find the most cost-effective solutions for me rather than pushing for unnecessary replacements or expensive upgrades. Knowing that I have an HVAC team I can trust to prioritize my comfort and budget over their own profit gives me incredible peace of mind. I can’t recommend them highly enough

I woke Sunday morning to no heat in my house. I called your company and a couple of hours later Brad arrived and identified that my furnace, which was more than 20 years old was a goner. We discussed it and he checked out my air conditioner too and determined both needed to be replaced. He made me aware of a January sale and gave me a revised price. He also provided me with a heater which made the rest of the day more bearable. This morning the A-Team Ron, Austin and Jason arrived at the expected time and went to work. The were very polite and friendly when they came. When the job was complete with everything tested they helped me move some heavy items in the garage so I could pull my car back in. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them. Thank you for a job well done.

Fast and professional service.

US Heating and Air Conditioning provided us top notch service a year ago when our furnace gave out a few days before Christmas. They were able to replace it the next day along with our AC and water heater at a reasonable price for such a quick turn around time! They followed up by providing a year of free maintenance checks performed by Jacob who is fantastic! When a company has excellent, professional, and extremely knowledgeable service members it makes all the difference! I will definitely be requesting Jacob to do the check ups in the future.

I live in a mobile home, and it's difficult to get people to work on mobile homes. I woke up early on one of the coldest days of the year ( 12°) and my heat wasn't working. I called the company that had helped me before and they were unable to send help due to the number of calls. I got online and found US Heating and within 2 hours Brad was at my door. He checked things over and took time to explain to me the issues I was having. We talked with my dad and decided that the best course of action was to install a new furnace and A/C unit. Brad gave me a temporary fix so I had heat . The very next morning Ron and his helper was at my place to install my new furnace and A/C. They showed up early and worked consistently until the job was finished and I had heat. Brad gave us a reasonable price and They were all very professional and respectful. We appreciate all their help ! I will definitely be a future customer should the need arise . THANK YOU !

This company is reasonable and reliable; I would recommend them to all of my friends and family, to anyone who is looking for highly professional, honest, experienced and courteous service. I repeat my prior review: prompt, excellent service with great communication. That’s why we’ve used them for many years and will continue to do so.

I was in a bind and needed someone to evaluate my furnace which had stopped working. They truly are 24/7 service and even though I called towards the end of the business day, they were able to schedule a technician to check out the furnace. Brad showed up within a reasonable time and did his best to troubleshoot the issue. The furnace was to far gone for immediate repairs but I appreciated his efforts and honesty. I would recommend US Heating and Air Conditioning .

We got emergency help on a cold winter weekend in a few hours. Tech was personable, knowledgeable and fair in his assessment and my repair options. I was worried going with someone I had no reference for but my experience put my fears to rest.

The technician was very helpful, I'm thankful they came out on a Sunday, however not always putting the customer that is in need of assistants first. The company was worried about my possible negative results from the home warranty company and them getting the blame which doesn't make sense. the Heating company gets paid upfront and you won't fill out a form so the job can get approved. Not quite understanding that thought process. I paid for diagnostics only.

I use them for all my heating and cooling needs They always come and fix any problems that may rise quickly and are very professional.

We’ve been very happy with their service. We had to have a new furnace/ac unit installed. Great communication and knowledgeable. We’ve been very pleased!

Onsite techs are always thorough. Temp and humidity are perfect.

Overall have nothing but good things to say about this company they came in and took out my old furnace and put in the new one all in about a couple hours. Furnace works great and I just recently had my furnace serviced provided by the paid for heating maintenance. The only complaint I had was i needed a new furnace filter but the tech did not have the size for my furnace. R
