Very professional and highly recommended for HVAC needs.

I highly recommend this company they when out of there way to make everything perfect. And fixed things that wasn't mentioned in the total bill. And the men were very knowledgeable of what they was doing.

I have used Heating and Air for years and they have always been prompt and professional.

Yesterday Jacob returned to do the spring checkup on my AC. He is always friendly and polite and keeps me aware of anything I might need to know to keep my system running reliably. Lisa, who sets the appointments, is always a pleasure to speak with as well. Good company to do business with.

At all 3 homes I've had full system replacements (furnace, AC, humidifier, air filter, iWave air purifier) and everything went incredibly smoothly. Ron and Logan replaced our water heater and did an excellent job. They worked as a team and had the project finished in a short time, being respectful of property and were very courteous and professional. The cost of the project was a great value and the work was done within three days of my requesting it.

We contacted US heating and air cooling when our air went out on Friday night. We contacted Lisa ( who was an absolute doll) on Saturday morning at 830am- we had a technician here by 1020 who was also great i believe his name was Matt! He was quick with diagnosis and options. We opted for a new furnace. The next day by 720 am The new furnace and 2 technicians were here again. Everyone was so kind and talked to my kids so sweetly. They worked quickly and efficiently and we are all cooled off a couple hours after install. We cannot say enough great things about how professional and quick they are. We also price matched in the area and found they were the best options as well! You cannot beat great pricing, quick service and great technicians! Thank you guys so much!

From my 1st emergency call (U.S was the only one that showed on a Sunday) was going to get new system this fall, just a little early. They got my business that Sunday, the quote was on time, installed next day. Brad, Matt & Austin 👍. Brad was very serious and thorough as he checked how viable our air conditioning might perform this coming summer season. Our garden hose was still in storage and Brad retrieved a very long heavy hose, connected it to faucet and stayed clear of our resident dove on top of 2 eggs very near the area of action.

From the initial call for service through the entire purchase and installation, every person with whom we had contact was professional and helpful. Brad was always responsive, even when texting him late night. Office personnel, on follow-up or notification were terrific. Matt and Austin performed the removal of the old equipment and installation of the new. They were friendly and professional. They were respectful to us and of our property. They explained what they were doing and concluded with a walk-thru of the new system and the work performed. Thank you to each person involved.
