US Heating and Air Conditioning. This company was outstanding with which to work. From the initial call for service through the entire purchase and installation, every person with whom we had contact was professional and helpful. Brad was always responsive, even when texting him late night. Office personnel, on follow-up or notification were terrific. Matt and Austin performed the removal of the old equipment and installation of the new. They were friendly and professional. They were respectful to us and of our property. They explained what they were doing and concluded with a walk-thru of the new system and the work performed. Thank you to each person involved.

I've had nothing but great service from US Heating and Air Conditioning. I've used them in several of my homes and I appreciate their program to come my home 2x a year to check the until and ensure it's working properly before summer and winter.

Had my air conditioner maintenance completed today. Love the scheduling updates via text, a short 2 hour window is great! Efficient and thorough and everything was explained in detail that was done. Asked a couple times if I had more questions to make sure I was covered. Continue to have great service!

Logan , the technician, is always respectful and explains things to us in a way that is easy to understand and not condescending. We like that! And then there’s Lisa, office staff. Always cheerful and patient when she calls me for the tenth time to remind me of the inspection due! We have dealt with this company for at least 10 years . Have always been very pleased with their service and attentiveness.

My 23 year old air conditioning finally broke down during the hottest part of July. Brad came out and explained the costs of a new HVAC system and offered finance options that worked out great for my needs. Fortunately, Tony and Team were here the next day to get the whole system installed! Thank you all for such a quick response and for saving me from having to go to a hotel to escape the heat.

They took great care of us. New air conditioner and furnace were below other quotes and the installation team were courteous and professional. Highly recommend purchasing or servicing from them.

Helped get our air conditioner replaced fast and were very professional. We were so nervous about being stuck with a hot week without air with kids and dogs but the owner came out the next day to replace it. Thank you for making a frustrating situation a little better!

Jacob did an exceptional job on repairing our AC on Monday, July 28 2025. At 3pm that afternoon, I noticed that the AC quit working on a 90 degree day. I called US Heating and Air immediately and Lucy responded to my needs very kindly. She sent Jacob out to my home after he finished the job he was on. At 6:30 pm, he let me know that he was on his way! After a long day, he came out and was very well mannered and worked on our AC and fixed it! He got it to work. We are so grateful to Jacob and US Heating and Air for such prompt and accurate service. I’m especially glad I’m a member of their maintenance program! Thank you. Pat Bolton
