Having an a/c failure during a very hot week in central Ohio is no fun but this company helped quickly and efficiently. I consulted with a trusted friend who has used US Heating and Air Conditioning for a number of years and called. I had a technician to my house in under 2 hours and he evaluated the situation, which he explained to me. He sat down and took time to go over options, pricing and timeline and I felt comfortable with my decision. The next morning, 2 technicians were here to tear out and install the new system which took several hours. They were professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company!

We purchased our new A/C unit last year. The technician came today for the annual maintenance check. Jakob was very polite courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and gave some extra advise as well. I would highly recommend US Heating and Air Conditioning and definitely use them in the future. Thank you.

I can’t recommend this company enough! From the initial phone call, to finishing the AC repair - everything was great. Brad was super personable, explained the issue and solution, made the repair and talked through next steps. If you need AC work - use this company - you won’t regret it!

The tech emailed/texted us when he was on his way, was on time, courteous, and responsive to our questions and concerns. Most importantly, he was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed and repaired/fixed our problem quickly. The Technicians that you sent We're very courteous and helpful. Yet he explained everything after they got done and they made sure that we knew what was going on and that everything, I could have not asked for a better technician. I have been with this company for more than 2 decades. They are the best.

From the phone call to the job, All the Staff were very professional, I just recommended someone to them for the type of work they do as well. They were in and out in 2 1/2hrs. They are awesome they replaced my heating system a few years ago and I my A/C went out just now and they replaced it. They are great friendly folks and who don’t over charge and they do great work. I highly recommend US Heating and Cooling

So our AC went out this am, 8-27-24. And with the crazy heat today and tomorrow we were scrambling to find emergent repairs. So we placed a call to US Heating and Air and within an hour Brad was at our house and just completed repairs! You guys just earned a new lifetime customer!

Tony (owner) came out to do estimate on replacing our 22 year old equipment. Very professional and fair quote and he gave us every discount he could. We have been customers for over 15years for maintenance of our equipment and really felt that our relationship with the company was respected and valued. Highly recommend.

Jacob was out today to perform my maintenance check on my AC unit. He was very professional and gave me great information regarding my unit and the special filter it uses. I truly appreciated this as it will actually equate to a savings over the next year.

Jacob and his “trainer” Jerod did a great job taking care of our semi annual service checkup. They were extremely thorough and explained everything they did in great detail. They were personable and professional. No doubt that Jacob is going to be an excellent technician as he proceeded on his own as well as took suggestions from Jerod who appears to be an experienced and knowledgeable instructor.

Jacob was very friendly , honest and informative. Very helpful and easy to talk to and understand cause he showed me everything that he looked at and why.

Richie went above and beyond to help me with a home warranty claim, and I’ve got great pricing for new system installation

We have dealt with this company for at least 12 years . We have always been very pleased with their service and attentiveness. The technician that came out, Matt, was very cordial. He explained things to look out for and how to maintain the outdoor unit ourselves to keep it running smoothly. We also have a yearly contract with this company. Twice a year they come out to check how our unit is running. We don't have to remember to call them. They always reach out to us!

They got back with me same day, sent a tech out who explained things to a T. Sent the team out next day so my husky and family could have air again. They worked with me and helped me through the process, were quick and cleaned up.. they were absolutely amazing
