I have been with this company for many years. They take care of their customers. Kinda like an extended family. Prices are fair and their technicians are always willing to answer questions and are good at explaining things. If you're looking for service or new installation give US Heating and Air Conditioning a call. They will take good care of you at a fair price.

After completing the service, he walked us through everything he inspected and offered thoughtful suggestions to enhance our home's heating and cooling efficiency. He even went above and beyond by sharing a helpful recommendation regarding our hot water tank—turns out they handle plumbing too! Jacob your professionalism and expertise make you a true asset to both your company and the customers you serve.

I am extremely pleased with my annual furnace tuneup. The service person explained everything he was double checked to be my furnace was not only safe but performing at its best.

The tech emailed/texted us when he was on his way, was on time, courteous, and responsive to our questions and concerns. Most importantly, he was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed and repaired/fixed our problem quickly. The Technicians that you sent We're very courteous and helpful. Yet he explained everything after they got done and they made sure that we knew what was going on and that everything, I could have not asked for a better technician.

Company was quick to respond early in the morning and had a tech out before noon the same day. System was diagnosed swiftly and repaired.
