Great local business to deal with

Jacob really takes pride in his work. He has been to our home at least 4 different occasions. Each visit he has been professional and patiently answers every question I have, I ask lots of questions! Thanks Jacob you are a true asset to US Heating And Air!

Tony and Ashley I was LITERALLY looking up your name trying to find you. You are just around the corner. Every one of your team was amazing from Brad first thing this morning to Logan Ron and Austin. They were efficient, quiet, professional,respectful, helpful, I can't think of enough words. You have to be so proud of what you have built. We've never felt better about spending our money. It was a quick diagnostic check to see what was needed to be fixed and although the price was more than I imagined, they were very honest and waived the fee. Even after I didn’t choose them.

Our service tech Jacob K. was outstanding. He evaluated our situation and provided a full explanation of what needed to be done to resolve our issue. Jacob completed the service on our ac unit in an expeditious manner. He was extremely knowledgeable & professional. Excellent employee for US Heating & Air Conditioning.

Matt and Vincent did a good job at furnace install. Would recommend this company and these techs. Thanks for the new furnace! Update: had my ac unit replaced too as it was going bad, and they again did great work. Thanks for all you do.

Having an a/c failure during a very hot week in central Ohio is no fun but this company helped quickly and efficiently. I consulted with a trusted friend who has used US Heating and Air Conditioning for a number of years and called. I had a technician to my house in under 2 hours and he evaluated the situation, which he explained to me. He sat down and took time to go over options, pricing and timeline and I felt comfortable with my decision. The next morning, 2 technicians were here to tear out and install the new system which took several hours. They were professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company!

I can’t recommend this company enough! From the initial phone call, to finishing the AC repair - everything was great. Brad was super personable, explained the issue and solution, made the repair and talked through next steps. If you need AC work - use this company - you won’t regret it!

We purchased our new A/C unit last year. The technician came today for the annual maintenance check. Jakob was very polite courteous and professional. Yet he explained everything after they got done and they made sure that we knew what was going on and that everything, I could have not asked for a better technician. I have been with this company for more than 2 decades. They are the best.

From the phone call to the job, All the Staff were very professional, I just recommended someone to them for the type of work they do as well. They were in and out in 2 1/2hrs.
