I have had U.S. Heating & A/C for several years. They replaced my Furnace & A/C. I also have a service contract with them. They come out twice a year to inspect everything. Everyone from this Company is very respectful, knowledgeable & going above & beyond. Thank you.

From my first phone call with Delana, to my meeting with Brad for a quote and eventually saying thank you and good bye to Ron and the other crew member after our new AC was installed, was a very positive experience. Everything was handled in a very professional, yet friendly and timely manner. I would definitely recommend US Heating and Air Conditioning to others.

Had to replace a old furnace that finally died. They worked with me and had a new one installed the next day. Great people, wonderful service, and tons of options. Highly recommend!

US Heating and Air Conditioning. This company was outstanding with which to work. From the initial call for service through the entire purchase and installation, every person with whom we had contact was professional and helpful. Brad was always responsive, even when texting him late night. Office personnel, on follow-up or notification were terrific. Matt and Austin performed the removal of the old equipment and installation of the new. They were friendly and professional. They were respectful to us and of our property. They explained what they were doing and concluded with a walk-thru of the new system and the work performed. Thank you to each person involved.

My furnace went out on a Saturday night. US Heating and Air Conditioning was quick to respond and was able to come take a look within an hour of my phone call. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get my home nice and toasty again!

Jacob was amazing. He came in to do a standard cleaning. He was thorough clear and welcoming when discussing the system. One if the best experiences I have had with ANY technician EVER! Thank you for the quality service. If his boss is reading this give the man a raise!

Ductless AC/heating unit installed. They did a good job of installation, maintenance just done by Jacob who was great. Friendly and answered all my questions. Gave me good info to keep it running at its most efficient. Lisa answering the phones is very nice as well. I would use them again.

This winter has been more of winter then what we have had in few and thankfully my furnace is tip top thanks to US heating and cooling!! I had my yearly maintenance check on my furnace and Jacob was so efficient and knowledgeable. He was an hour early ( which I was notified of and was happy to have him early ) and got right to work. Didn’t take Jacob long and he explained everything he was doing and why. Once finished he gave me the report and assured me that my furnace is working perfectly and I was good to go. Great job as always US heating and cooling.

Helped get our air conditioner replaced fast and were very professional. We were so nervous about being stuck with a hot week without air with kids and dogs but the owner came out the next day to replace it. Thank you for making a frustrating situation a little better!

We have been with US Heating and Air Conditioning for over Six years. They come regularly to service maintain our heating and cooling systems. When we started with them our units were very aged and temperamental. Most of the components have been replaced. Our furnace died on the coldest day of the year. US heating and air conditioning was here within an hour to replace the furnace. They have always been prompt and efficient in repairs and replacements. We are warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Thanks!

Our furnace fan stopped working on Sunday morning, US Heating and Air Conditioning was out before noon. Discovered the fan broken and ordered a new one installed on Monday morning before 10 am.

Very professional and complete inspection of our heating system. Went beyond just checking the system to ensure all the components were would remain effective.

Jacob did a thorough inspection of my heating system as part of my service plan. He arrived on time and covered his shoes to protect my floors from the salt and snow. I asked if he could please install a new furnace filter that I had and he was very kind to do so. He explained how often to change them depending on when I’m home or away for extended times. He checked all the components including the ones outside that required walking in knee how snow. Jacob explained everything he’d done and the reasons why. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

Our furnace went out at 12:30 AM. We called around to try and get someone out here because it was below zero outside.They sent someone out here within the hour. That guy got things going to make it thru the night. Very nice guy. Explained everything to us. We had to replace our furnace . They were out here at around 9 A.M. and installed our new furnace. Very nice people. Would recommend to everyone.
