AC & Furnace service was excellent. Reminder telephone call received the day before & text the morning of the appointment notifying me of the pending arrival of the technician. Tech arrived on time and was courteous and knowledgeable. Conducted regular check-up and maintenance as a part of our year-round contract. Excellent company. We have used them for over 20 years. Highly recommended.

We had recently bought a house in Westervilleand when we moved in we had requested a cleaning, as the furnace was old and in need. US Heating came out and determoined we had a "bomb" for a furnace and it needed immediate replacement. The very next day, they showed up to install a new furnace and a/c unit. We found their communication, response, and quality of work are far superioir than any company we had previously worked with. We highly recommend US Heating for all your heating and a/c needs.

Matt and Jon came and cleaned out our dryer vent and did an awesome job. They were very kind and professional and helped answer our questions, and our dryer actually dries clothes now haha. Also, the admin staff who do the scheduling were great and our overall experience working with US H&AC was excellent. Thanks so much!

This company is great. They take good care of their customers. pleasant when you set up an appt for service. The service men that comes out are very nice and very educated as to what they doing.

Our very old system broke down so I gave them a call and within a couple of hours Brad arrived to inspect the problem. There was simply no getting around the fact that we needed a new system, so Brad went over our options with us and was even able to find a nice discount for the new system. Two days later, the entire team arrived, as promised, walked me through the installation, and got it done quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy with my experience from start to finish and I definitely recommend this company.

While today's visit was to check the system for air conditioning functionality, Logan was on time and answered all of my questions and gave me a heads up on the condition of my air conditioning system. It's always comforting to know that all is working well and that we are in good shape for the season.

Jacob and his “trainer” Jerod did a great job taking care of our semi annual service checkup. They were extremely thorough and explained everything they did in great detail. They were personable and professional. No doubt that Jacob is going to be an excellent technician as he proceeded on his own as well as took suggestions from Jerod who appears to be an experienced and knowledgeable instructor.

Great service all around! We woke up on a Sunday morning to our a/c not working, after a brief attempt to fix it ourselves, we quickly started to call around to companies. US Heating & Air Conditioning were quick to answer and respond; Brad arrived within couple hours and told us the unfortunate news. Luckily they were able to come back on Monday morning and by that afternoon, we had a brand new a/c unit and our house was nice & cool!! Definitely recommend their service!

US Heating and Air Conditioning has been our "go to" furnace and A/C company since we moved here 7 years ago. They are always here when they say they will be. The latest appointment was just a maintenance check on our A/C unit. There were two young men - one must have been training - and both were courteous and went right to work. Changed our filter without being asked. Cleaned the parts of the unit that needed it.

Brad was excellent. Polite and efficient.

Brad came out to give us our estimate for a mini split unit. He really knew what he was doing. He helped me pick the best option for our home. He helped me find financing. The people that came out to install were all very professional. The job was done in a timely manner and is great! I would choose them again!

Good experience

furnace went out in the 95 degree weather and less than 2 days later we are up and running with a new furnace. They are professional and quick to respond. Im very thankful steve
