Excellent work done as specified.

The entire staff from sales to installation was very professional. After installation we went on a walk through and operations were explained.

The lady, over phone mentioned said they would charge 119$ to come and look. So i went ahead. I have used them to look at my furnace issue. It ended circuit breaker going down. They did looked at heater for some indexes. Ended up just circuit breaker thing. They charged 355$ for that short task. I felt terified at first after hearing that price. I feel that price should have be updated at first itself. 355$ for looking is to much for me.. I may not go back to them. Update: Tony from management called and agreed to return back some amount. I appreciate the management taking the reviews real serious and respecting customers opinion.. I will encourage such kind of business. Thank you.

Jeremy always does a great job!

I had the air conditioning spring check up done this morning on March 14th. Temperature outside was 25°. I am not convinced that the spring checkup should be done on a morning when the temperature is so low. Going forward I will always have it done in the month of may.

They were prompt,curtipus and very knowledgeable. THEIR PRODUCT IS YET TO BE DETERMINED

Staff arrived on time. They were professional, respectful, took time to explain procedure. Completed the job in the estimated time frame. Did a good job. Would definitely reccommend.

I love this company. I feel like part of the family. They have always taken care of both my furnace and AC. They stand by their work. The service guys are always willing to answer my questions and explain things. The company doesn't push you to by unnecessary products. They are up to date in new products available.

They are always the best. I had them come out to clean and spray the ducts to close all the air hole. I had Christopher, Christian, Jordan, Som and Don come out. They were marvelous. Did a great job and explained all they were doing and after they were done, made sure everything was good. Additionally they asked if there was any questions, and took there time to explain and make sure I knew what was going on. Extremely courteous in every way. I can't say enough good about the service I have always gotten from US Heating.

This company is great. They take good care of their customers. pleasant when you set up an appt for service. The service men that comes out are very nice and very educated as to what they doing.

Over the last four years, we've used them to service our residential boiler. Last winter they replaced our 45 year old boiler after it failed. They show up when they say they will. They care deeply about the quality of the work they do. Despite supply chain challenges, they found us a residential boiler at a reasonable price. They performed the installation promptly. They followed up with us regularly to make sure the boiler worked to our satisfaction. They even performed some related plumbing work. Overall, we're extremely satisfied and would recommend them to others.
