Tech came out and explained what system I have and how it works. Said it was old but still working for now but will in the future will need replaced. So at least I now know what I am dealing with. Thank you !

The day before my scheduled service I received a call to confirm the appointment and given the time and name of the service tech that would arrive at my home. Jacob arrived at the quoted time and serviced my furnace. He was polite and knowledgeable about my unit and gave me suggestions that would keep my equipment running smoothly. I was pleased with the service and purchased a care plan. US Heating and Air Condition now has a new client! Thank you for the outstanding service that your technician provided.

Technician performed one year follow up check up (purchased two units from US Heating and Air Conditioning a year ago). Technician was on time, courteous and professional and did not report any issues or problems with the units. We have been very satisfied with this company and can recommend them for HVAC work including replacement units.

Fast quick service. Very knowledgeable. Ali came back to make sure everything was ready to go and worked properly.

Responded within 10 minutes of messaging on a Saturday. Had a technician here and the problem diagnosed within a couple of hours.

It's Friday 93 degree on a holiday weekend and my air goes out. After calling places in my hometown no one can help us call back Tuesday. I called US Heating & Cooling they had someone out at 2:30 that afternoon. It wasn't good news and after discussing our options we choose for new air conditioner & furnace. Sunday morning Ron & Logan we here to installed both. I can't say enough good about them,very professional. By 3:30 pm we had air conditioning. Thank you so much guys.

My AC Unit went out and when I called US Heating and Air Conditioning they came out the same day. Not to mention that it was a Saturday plus a holiday weekend. You guys are awesome. Keep up the amazing service. Thanks again.

The phone call concerned proper billing of my annual service contract. I am more than happy to assist.

So our AC went out this am, 8-27-24. And with the crazy heat today and tomorrow we were scrambling to find emergent repairs. So we placed a call to US Heating and Air and within an hour Brad was at our house and just completed repairs! You guys just earned a new lifetime customer!

I have had Kameron the last 3-4 times and he really is a joy to work with. He is personable, efficient, knowledgeable and appears to leave no stone unturned when performing both the AC and Heating maintenance annually. More employees who deal with the consumer should possess his traits because customer service has become quite a joke with many many businesses.
